Raajahyogam New Movie Review, Sai Ronakh

Sai Ronakh, who was last seen in Odela Railway Station, is now back in the limelight with a film titled Raajahyogam. Ankita Saha played the female lead. The movie released today and let's see how it fares

  Story:

Mechanic Rishi (Sai Ronakh) has only one ambition in life and that is to marry and settle down with a rich girl. In the process, he meets Sri (Ankita Saha), a rich girl, and begins to woo her. Coincidentally, there is a separate track where a group of gangsters are fighting among themselves for two expensive diamonds. Rishi and Shree learn amazing facts about each other that separate them. In no time, they become embroiled in a crime in progress. The rest of the film is about the struggle of multiple characters for those diamonds.

  Extra Points:

Sai Ronakh is the greatest asset of Raajahyogam. He showed amazing screen presence and looked very cute on screen. His performance in the main scenes was good and his dance moves were amazing.

The battles are beautifully styled and the background scores are beautifully designed. In comparison, the first part continues on a brisk note and has a few decent moments. The hero's realization of an important aspect is well depicted.

  Negative points:

There is no proper connection between the individual scenes and therefore the flow is completely absent. The second half tests the patience levels as not much happens with the story. The film becomes unbearable after a certain point and it is difficult to understand where it is going.

Also, the comedy doesn't work for the most part and there's a lot of vulgarity in these sequences. Especially in a few parts, the obscenity factor reaches newer levels and makes it difficult to watch.

The film has extremely adult content and is not suitable for all audiences. Besides, the role of an important character has been featured in many films before and there is nothing new about it. The crucial back story that comes at the end lacks conviction.

  Technical Aspects:

The production values are neat and the makers have spent a lot of money on the film. However, the editing team had to reduce the length by at least 10 minutes.

As for the director Ram Ganapathy, he has done a bad job with the film. The intention to create entertainment is good, but the way these scenes are chosen is not good. The plot had to have key characterizations and strong emotions to root for the lead character. More interesting situations with healthy comedy was the need of the hour.

  Verdict:

All in all, Raajahyogam is a silly comedy film that hardly connects with the audience. Apart from a few scenes and the main character of the film, even the presence of a bunch of artists cannot save the film. So this weekend is shaping up to be a frustrating watch.
